All of our lift kits are designed to work within the parameters set by the factory IFS suspension geometry, so you won't find a 50mm lift in this shop for a Triton - for example - because a lift of that height in a Triton, won't work terribly well without significant modifications being made.
The only modification required when fitting some of our kits are shortened front bump-stops and if these are required, they'll be supplied as part of the kit.

Sport or Dynamic Tune
Our Sport Tune shocks are tuned to work beautifully with 4X4s that carry constant loads making them ideal for work and touring vehicles and anyone who prefers a firmer ride. This setup has been proven over many years and just works.
If you're looking for more "plush" in your 4X4's ride, without it being turned into a wallowing tank, then our Dynamic Tune shocks are frankly, bloody awesome.
The Dynamic Tune shocks retain the superb high-speed wheel and body control the Sport Tune has in spades, and dials in more initial compliance. Vehicle ride and handling is improved dramatically.
Our Dynamic Tune is the perfect set and forget option for all 4X4s, and really the best option for vehicles that haven't been weighed down with accessories.
The Dynamic tune choice costs a few dollars more as each shock is dismantled and fitted with revised valving and bleed settings. It's well worth the slightly higher price though!
If you tow a trailer or van with a ball weight of 200kg or more, we recommend running Polyair airbags inside the rear coils. Doing so means that we can spec a rear spring that will provide a more comfortable ride when you aren't towing. There are two types available, the Red Series and the High-Pressure Black Series (see images of kits in product gallery).
We have a growing list of fitting outlets that we are comfortable dealing with and you can select to have your kit fitted by one of these outlets when completing the fitment details section of the ordering process.
If you select a fitting outlet when purchasing your kit,we'll ship to that outlet rather than the address you provide when making the purchase, and the outlet will contact you to arrange fitting and confirm the cost of fitting as soon as your kit has been delivered to them. We'll manage this process for you, all you have to do is wait patiently for their call.Payment for fitting is made directly to the fitting outlet and is not added to the cost of your kit when purchasing in this store.
As a rule of thumb, expect fittings costs (including a wheel alignment) to be around the following:
Levelling Kit:$250 to $350
Lift Kit (Coil rear end):$450 to $550 - if fitting airbags at the same time add an additional $50 to $100.
Lift Kit (Leaf rear end):$500 to $600

Coil Spring Info
We use Lovells and Dobinson coil springs, depending on availability. The Lovell's coils are the blue coils pictured in the product images and Dobinson coils are a lighter blue colour.
Both brands are Aussie made and are high-quality products.
There are some setups where we'll use a black Lovell's coil spring (mostly Tritons fitted with steel bars and winches).
Shipping is FREE with the exception of some more remote areas, for which a $40.00 charge will be added at check out, to partly compensate for the additional shipping expense involved.
Lift kits sent to residential addresses will most likely arrive as 2 or 3 separate deliveries (front struts will be sent separately from the rear leaf springs).
There is a lead time of around 14 days on our suspension kits.
Deliveries are also taking longer than they used to pre-COVID. We'll do our best to get your kit to you as soon as possible, but realistically you should expect to take delivery around 14 days after placing your order.

I have had the loaded 4 x 4 lift kit fitted for 3,000km and it's perfect for me. It replaced another well know aftermarket lift kit (orange in color) which after 7,000km I had removed due to being far to harsh and would wander/bump steer all over the road. The Loaded 4 x 4 kit is smooth over bumps, flat through the corners and doesn't wander/bump steer!! Highly recommend the kit.
Plus I commend Steane on his support. He kept me updated about delivery etc and the fitment place he recommended did a fantastic job!
It's common knowledge that Pajero Sport factory suspension is rubbish. It is too soft, bouncy and generally allows the car to wallow all over the place making for unpleasant driving. But it was when I hooked up a camper trailer that it became even more apparent. Coming in well under the maximum ratings for both towing and tow ball mass, I was amazed to see how much the rear of the vehicle sunk (greater than 40mm from resting height) no matter how I attempted to correct it.
So I got in touch with Loaded4x4 and explained my situation. Steane was very helpful, asked the right questions and quoted the Dynamic Tune Lift Kit and Polyair Red Series airbags. Fast forward a few weeks and I couldn't be happier with how the upgrade has transformed the car. I'm yet to hook the trailer up and test the air bags, but the on road manners of the Pajero Sport have improved dramatically. There is less wallow, less dive and cornering is a pleasant experience again, already making the decision to upgrade worthwhile.
Whilst not looking specifically for a lift in the upgrade, the lift is a genuine 40mm lift as measured before and after and side by side with another vehicle.

Purchased the Loaded4x4 40mm lift kit for my Pajero Sport. I spent months researching suspension and a buddy put me onto Loaded4x4, man am I glad he did. I didn’t want something that was going to ride hard/harsh and honestly that hasn’t changed at all. What has changed though is the control. There is no more side to side wallow, no more front/rear dive, no more jitteriness and it corners flat. Turn in and corner speed has drastically improved. I can not recommend this enough. Super impressed, that impressed I’ve now bought their bash plates too. One very happy customer.
After much back and forth with Steane at Loaded 4x4 I finally pulled the trigger on a 40mm lift kit with the Dynamic tuned shocks.
After installing I was instantly impressed with not only the way the car rode but also the vast improvement in handling.
Then came the Easter holidays and after loading up the car and fitting the camper I set the airbags and was once again super impressed with the spring selection, car sits nice and level even fully loaded, as opposed to almost sitting on the bump stops the last time I tried towing my camper.
The customer service and product quality and absolutely top rate, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the loaded4x4 products to anyone looking for a good quality, well priced and well tuned lift kit.
