The products we list for sale in this shop are all covered by the product manufacturer’s warranty and individual warranty policy. We ONLY deal with quality brands that we know, through our own experience, manufacture products that can be trusted to work and last.

Warranty by brand and product type:

LOADED 4X4 SUSPENSION PRODUCT WARRANTY

Loaded 4X4 warrants its suspension products to be free from faults or defects in workmanship and materials for the warranty term, which is 3 YEARS | UNLIMITED KILOMETRES on all suspension components except coil and leaf springs, which are covered by a LIMITED LIFETIME warranty applicable only to the original purchaser.

The original invoice or a copy of the original invoice is required if making a warranty claim (we can most likely help with this).

LOADED 4X4 UNDER VEHICLE PROTECTION (UVP) PRODUCT WARRANTY

Loaded 4X4 warrants its UVP products to be free from faults or defects in workmanship and materials for the warranty term, which is 3 YEARS | UNLIMITED KILOMETRES.

The original invoice or a copy of the original invoice is required if making a warranty claim (we can most likely help with this).

CSA ALLOY WHEELS/MULLINS WHEELS PRODUCT WARRANTY

CSA Alloy Wheels are warranted for a period of three years from the date of purchase to be free of material defects and faulty workmanship.

Warranty for coating (including but not limited to paint, powder or chrome) including any and all components and accessories, is limited to one year from date of original purchase.

Mullins Wheels Pty Ltd, in the event of a defect, malfunction or failure, and upon return of the wheel(s) to its premises freight pre-paid and subject to inspection, following confirmation of defective materials or faulty workmanship, will either repair or replace the wheel or part and return to the authorised distributor or credit the original invoice.

To validate a warranty, verification of a warrantable condition must be obtained by photographic evidence prior to the wheel being returned to Mullins and prior to any acceptance of any claim. It is recommended that photographic evidence is provided prior to removal of the wheel from the vehicle. If replacement wheels are required to be supplied immediately, these wheels will be invoiced to the dealer and Mullins standard terms and conditions of sale will apply. A subsequent credit will be subject to the claim approval.

This Warranty is void if:

  1. Wheel(s) have been damaged in transit or by misuse, accident or negligence, or have been repaired or altered in any way.
  2. Use of the wheel(s) other than in accordance with normal road usage.
  3. Wheel(s) have not been installed according to instructions.
  4. Verification of original purchase is not available (Mullins Wheels invoice).
  5. Chrome wheels are not cleaned at least weekly to maintain a high-quality finish.
  6. Wheels show signs of poor maintenance including prolonged build-up of salt residue, brake dust or general road grime.
  7. Spacers are used, or modifications are made to the wheel in any way.

All goods supplied by Mullins Wheels may be inspected for superficial and cosmetic damage prior to dispatch and are assumed free of cosmetic damage including scratch and dent conditions.

IMPORTANT

READ BEFORE FITTING TYRES

  1. Check and confirm tyre and wheel compatibility.
  2. Before fitting tyres to the wheels, each wheel must be trial fitted to the intended vehicle prior to fitting tyres to ensure adequate clearance and correct fitment.
  3. Check and ensure that neither hub or wheel stud are damaged.
  4. Where CSA Alloy Wheels are supplied with new wheel nuts these must be used when fitting new wheels to ensure compatibility.
  5. Wheel nuts or bolts must be tightened as per the manufacturer’s recommended wheel nut torque sequence and other requirements.
  6. Mount the tyre according to the tyre mounting machine manufacturers’ instructions for aluminium alloy wheels, protecting surfaces of the wheel to avoid damage.
  7. Re-check wheel nut tension after first 100km and again periodically, whenever a wheel is removed and/or rotated and balanced and replaced.
  8. Wheel(s) must be installed using the correct CSA Alloy Wheels accessories.

MAINTENANCE

To promote long life and attractive appearance regularly wash wheels with running water and dry with clean chamois. Chrome wheels require extra care and maintenance and must be cleaned at least weekly to maintain a quality finish. The use of a wax will enhance the look of all wheels. We do not advise use of an abrasive on painted or chromed surfaces.

FRONT RUNNER PRODUCT WARRANTY

All FRONT RUNNER products being returned for warranty must include a copy of the invoice for the original sale. Warranty approvals will not be granted if an original invoice or copy of an invoice is not provided.

Subject to the limitations and exclusions described in this warranty, FRONT RUNNER will remedy defects in materials or workmanship by repairing or replacing, at its option, a defective product without charge for parts or labour. In addition, FRONT RUNNER may elect, at its option, not to repair or replace a defective product but rather issue to a purchaser a refund equal to the purchase price paid for the product or a credit to be used toward the purchase of a new FRONT RUNNER product.

This warranty excludes problems caused by normal wear and tear including, but not limited to, scratches, dents, tears, or aesthetic oxidation of surfaces, natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use, commercial use, accidents, or unlawful vehicle operation.

No warranty is given for defects resulting from conditions beyond FRONT RUNNER’s control including, but not limited to, modifications or repairs not performed or authorized by FRONT RUNNER, misuse, overloading, or failure to assemble, install or use the product in accordance with FRONT RUNNER’s written instructions or guidelines included with the product or made available to the purchaser originally.

ROOF RACKS (LIMITED LIFETIME)

FRONT RUNNER will warranty all FRONT RUNNER Roof Racks for a LIFETIME of use by the original purchaser. The warranty will only stand if the FRONT RUNNER Roof Racks are fitted to a FRONT RUNNER Mounting System. The Roof Rack Kits must be installed in accordance with Front Runner’s recommended fitment instructions. The Lifetime Warranty is effective for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product. This warranty terminates when the original retail purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product to any other person. The components used in customized Roof Rack installations are considered accessories and are covered under the accessories warranty below.

ROOF RACK ACCESSORIES & MOUNTING SYSTEMS (3 YEARS)

FRONT RUNNER will warranty all FRONT RUNNER brand Roof Rack Accessories and Rack Mounting Systems manufactured by FRONT RUNNER for the first 3 years that an original retail purchaser owns the product. The Warranty will only stand if the accessories are fitted to a Front Runner Roof Rack. This warranty terminates if a purchaser transfers the product to any other person or if the accessories are fitted to any rack other than a FRONT RUNNER Roof Rack.

OTHER FRONT RUNNER MANUFACTURED (2 YEARS)

FRONT RUNNER will warranty all FRONT RUNNER brand fuel tanks, bumpers, tow bars, drawers and sliders manufactured by FRONT RUNNER for the first 2 years that an original retail purchaser owns the product. This warranty terminates when the original retail purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product to any other person.

FRONT RUNNER BRANDED OTHER (1 Year)

FRONT RUNNER will warranty all other FRONT RUNNER branded items, not limited to but including, Expander Chairs, Cutlery, Storage Bags, Transit Bags, Flip Flop Tent, Telescopic Ladder for the first 1 year that an original retail purchaser owns the product. This warranty terminates when the original retail purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product to any other person.

OTHER

FRONT RUNNER also sells products that complement the Front Runner product range. When those products are purchased from or through a Front Runner Reseller, FRONT RUNNER will honour ALL ORIGINAL MANUFACTURERS WARRANTIES.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

Repair or replacement of a defective product or the issuance of a refund or credit (as determined by front runner outfitters) is a purchaser’s exclusive remedy under this warranty. Damage to a purchaser’s vehicle, cargo and/or to any other person or property is excluded.

This warranty is expressly made in lieu of any and all other warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Front runner outfitters’s sole liability to any purchaser is limited to the remedy set forth above. In no event will front runner outfitters be liable for any lost profits, lost sales, or for any consequential, direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages or for any other damages of any kind or nature.

In some countries, product liability legislation may give you other rights beyond the scope of this warranty. Where this applies, such rights shall replace the rights and conditions stated in this warranty.

PACEMAKER EXHAUSTS PRODUCT WARRANTY

Pacemaker’s King Brown exhaust systems are warranted for 5 years with the exception of any catalytic converters that may be fitted to some systems (not many).

BUSHRANGER 4X4 GEAR PRODUCT WARRANTY

DRIVETECH 4X4 PRODUCT WARRANTY

Drivetech 4X4 products are covered by the following warranty periods;

  • Recovery Gear - 12 months
  • Drivetrain components - 12 months/20,000kms
  • CV Driveshafts - 36 months/60,000kms
  • Compressors - 2 years
