ARB Recovery Point Compatible Kit

We now have a front plate design that will fit vehicles equipped with ARB recovery points. This kit includes a revised 6mm aluminium front plate finished in a Signal Red powder coat finish. The rest of the plates are unchanged and retain their raw aluminium finish.

This kit will also fit vehicles that don't have ARB recovery points fitted
, so they're a great option if you're looking for a red front plate, or if you think there's a chance you'll fit recovery points at a later date. The pics below show the Type 1 plate fitted to an MU-X. This plate fits with stock bumpers and most bull bars that retain the factory stone guards, ie the factory bull bar, ARB and TJM bull bars along with many others.

There's a Type 2 plate which finishes just past the front mounting bolt holes, and it's this plate that is suitable for bull bars and bumper replacement bars that come with their own front plate/cover.

The fitting process for this kit is identical to the fitting process shown in the fitting video below (see further down this page), noting that the ARB recovery point compatible Type 1 front plate doesn't bolt up behind the bumper at the front. In other words, there's two less bolts to worry about and it's easier to fit.
