CV Driveshafts - Mitsubishi Pajero Sport QE

Drivetech CV Driveshafts are a cost-effective option to the more expensive OEM driveshafts and are backed by a 3 Year/60,000km warranty, which is one of the best warranties in the industry.

It is, however, important to understand the difference between a product defect and damage caused by off-road use. CV driveshafts are designed to be the weakest link in your vehicle's drivetrain, they essentially act as a 'fuse' to prevent damage to other more expensive components.

Drivetech's warranty will cover manufacturing defects, but broken shafts are normally the result of a combination of factors such as oversized tyres, excessive torque and wheel spin.

These driveshafts are not designed to be stronger or more reliable than OEM driveshafts. They are a cost effective replacement part (1/4 the cost of genuine) which makes it cheaper and easier to carry spares and replace worn/broken shafts.

COVID-19 has had massive impacts on the manufacturing industry, freight, and ironically, also spiked demand for many products that have experienced supply restrictions.

Most products are still available, but you should expect to have to wait for some products, that you might want, to come back into stock.

Unfortunately, it's just the way it is right now and it's unlikely to change for the foreseeable future.
